Lignite wax is also called as Montan wax. Its main ingredients are cerotic acid & ceryl alcohol with C22~C32 as well as fattiness, resin & Land Asphalt. It can present excellent stability and brightness when contacts acids and other chemical solvents. It also has stronger humidity resistance and mechanical strength as well as weaker electric conductivity. The wax can solute in many organic solvents. It can combine with paraffin, stearic acid, beeswax, rosin, ozokerite, etc. to form stable composition and to increase its melting point.
